Eden Mills & District Community Club
The Ladies Fitness Group meet on Monday and Fridays - 8:45 - 9:45 followed by a social half hour on Fridays.
Our hour of fitness includes cardio, stretching, toning, weights, resistance bands and some Pilates. This is a self-lead group that has been meeting for decades at the hall to keep fit. We welcome new members, no experience necessary just a desire to improve your fitness level. Community Club Membership required for this free session (we can sign you up).
