This historic building is situated in the unique village of Eden Mills, in a picturesque setting by the Eramosa River. Our facilities are are Ideal for wedding receptions, dances, family reunions, business meetings and company parties. This facility has full wheel chair accessibility. The village of Eden Mills is close to Guelph, Fergus, Rockwood, Acton, Brookville and Milton.

The hall has capacity for148 people 30 of these being on the stage. The Community hall is operated by the Eden Mills and District Community Club Inc a non-profit organization.

TERMS

BOOKING DEPOSIT - $50.00

If the rental amount (e.g. booking the Boardroom only) is less than $50.00, the full amount is due at the time of booking.

DAMAGE & CLEANUP DEPOSITS - $175.00

At the time of booking a $175.00 deposit is required, $75.00 for cleaning and $100.00 against damage. Cleaning does not include washing of the dishes and/or utensils; renter must do these. Deposits are refundable upon completion of the event, IF the renter has cleaned the hall and there is no damage, subject to the satisfaction of the Community Club’s inspection.

FULL RENTAL IS REQUIRED ONE WEEK PRIOR TO DATE OF THE EVENT.
