Notice of Annual General Meeting of Members to be held Tuesday, December 2, 2008

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of members of the Eden Mills & District Community Club Inc. will be held at the Community Hall, 108 York Street, Eden Mills, Ontario at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 2, 2008 for the purpose of

1. Approving the audited financial statements for the period ending October 31, 2008.
2. Accepting the reports of various committees for the year.
3. Electing Officers and a Board of Directors.
4. Appointing an auditor for the coming fiscal year.
5. The Transaction of such business as may properly come before the meeting, or the adjournment thereof.
